Michelia champaca var. champaca
Magnolia White Champak plant is a indigenous to Sri Lanka and Nilgiri Hills in India. It is rarely found in low country and commonly found in forests in the hill country in Sri Lanka. Grow up to about 20-25 meters height and branches are spread out horizontally. The plant use in Ayurveda is rare and has durable timber that widely used in building construction. Therefore plant named as conservation plant for to saving the plant become extinction.
